Odin Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in the Seattle area of Washington, USA. The company operates a production facility and pub in Tukwila, Washington. Their bottles can be found in Washington, Idaho, and British Columbia. ==History== Owner Daniel Lee founded the company after leaving the marketing department of MillerCoors and Brian Taft was brought in as the Brewmaster. Taft previously worked at three different breweries, including Gordon Biersch and Guinness, and three different wineries. The South Park facility is a 15bbl brewhouse with six 30bbl fermenters. The plant can produce 3,500 barrels a year. In 2013, the Asgard Tavern was opened in Fremont near the popular Fremont Brewing Company. The Tukwila tasting room opened in 2014. The city hopes it will spur more business outside of the nearby Westfield Southcenter shopping mall.
